Peggy Webb Wheeler May 22, 1940 – December 09, 2017 Peggy Webb Wheeler, 77, of Stantonsburg passed away Saturday. Her funeral service will be conducted at 3:00 p.m. Tuesday at Joyner’s Funeral Home, Wilson. Interment will follow in Stantonsburg Cemetery. The Rev. Robbie Parnell will officiate. The family will receive friends 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. Monday at Joyner’s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway, Wilson. Peggy is survived by her daughters, Denise Walston of Stantonsburg, Rhonda Wheeler and Robbie Goodman of Goldsboro, Pamela Wheeler and Rick Reed of Stantonsburg; sons, Bobby Wheeler and wife, Teresa of Wilson, Walter Wheeler of Stantonsburg, Michael Wheeler and wife, Gail of Wilson, Anthony Wheeler and wife, Tonya of Fremont; granddaughters, Ashley Busdieker and husband, Brad of Fremont, Megan Hare and husband, Jimmy of Goldsboro, Brittany Newsome and husband, Josh of Lucama, Mandy Minnich and husband, Matt of Pikeville, Cortney Wynne of Norfolk; grandsons, David Crabtree and wife, Shala of Wilson, Brian Wheeler and wife, Brooke of Stantonsburg, A.J. Lane of Goldsboro; great-grandchildren, Caleb, Natalie, Haley, Kayleigh, Alayna, Emma and Kensington; three sisters and four brothers. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Ray Wheeler, Sr.; son, Greg Wheeler; parents, John and Roxie Webb; a son-in-law, Pete Walston.
