Reba B. Moore Mooney

Reba B. Moore Mooney, 79, of Charlotte, formerly of Greenville and Wilson fell asleep May 13, 2013 to await the trumpet sounds of Jesus coming.-Funeral services will be conducted 3 p.m.-Friday at Joyner-s Funeral Home.-Interment will following in Evergreen Memorial Park.-Pastor John Seaman will officiate.
The family will receive friends 2 - 2:45 p.m. Friday, prior to the service, at Joyner-s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway.
Reba was a devoted mother and wife and an active member in both the Wilson and Greenville Seventh Day Adventist Churches.-She spent her career as a state employee in personnel with the NC School of the Deaf and the NC Special Care Center both, in Wilson.-/p>
Reba is survived by her sons, Milton Moore and wife, Julie of San Diego, CA,-and Larry Moore and wife, Donna of Oakboro; her sister, Betty Lou Phillips of Palm Beach Garden, FL; her brothers, William Luke Bryant of Kinston and Kenneth Bryant and wife, Helen of Altamonte Springs, FL; four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Rufus and Virginia Bryant and her husbands, Johnny M. Moore and Orville -Jack- Mooney.
