Rebecca Webb Lane May 23, 1931 – September 5, 2017 Becky Webb Lane, 86, of Saratoga passed away Tuesday. Her funeral service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Saturday at Joyner’s Funeral Home, Wilson. Interment will follow in Stantonsburg Cemetery. The Rev. Patsy Jones and Rev. Lonnie Humphrey will officiate. The family will receive friends 6:30-8:30 p.m. Friday at Joyner’s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway, Wilson and other times at the home in Saratoga. Becky is survived by her daughter, Sandy Owens and Todd of Wilson; son, Philip Lane and wife, Joy of Rocky Mount; son-in-law, Thomas Ellis of Saratoga; granddaughters, Abbe E. Christopher and husband, Matt, Stacy E. Ingle and husband, Jason, Callie Ellis, and April Owens; grandson, Patrick Owens; great-grandchildren, Elle, Riley, Millie, Savannah, Rachel and Colt; a loving host of nieces and nephews; a special friend, Dixie Turner. She was preceded in death by her husband, Rev. Preston Lane; daughter, Debbie L. Ellis; parents, Fred and Pearl Robbins Webb; brothers, Jasper “Jack” Webb and Willie Webb; sister, Mildred Smith.
