Richard S. Swinson

Richard S. Swinson November 20, 1958 – April 1, 2018 Richard S. “Ricky” Swinson, 59, of Bailey passed away Sunday. He worked in law enforcement and with EMS in Wayne County for 34 years. Ricky was very important to his family and friends. He will be thought of often and greatly missed. Ricky is survived by his wife, Sandra W. “Sandy” Swinson of the home; son, Kenneth Ray Mooring and wife, Jami of Sims; grandchildren, Kaylee McKenzie Mooring, Remington James Mooring and Abigail Rey Mooring. He was preceded in death by his parents, Richard Sanford and Elizabeth Davis Swinson.
