Ricky Louis McKeel March 12, 1950 – April 22, 2020 Ricky Louis McKeel, 70 of Wilson passed away Wednesday. A private family service will be conducted. The family will receive friends at the home, 5446 Frank Price Church Road or at the home of his daughter, 6049 Hwy 301 N, Elm City. Ricky is survived by his wife, Kaytha Lester McKeel of the home; daughter, Candy McKeel Roberson and husband, Allen Ray of Elm City; step-daughters, Jozeta Gills and Carlene Absher both of Virginia; grandchildren, David Roberson and wife, Zoe, Brandon Roberson, Ashley Roberson; great-grand, Everleigh Roberson; step-grandchildren, Nick Wolfe, Haleigh Wolfe, Grayson Absher and Jakob Absher; step-great-grandchildren, Parker Houchins and Elle Wolfe; brother, Charles McKeel of Bailey and Randy McKeel of Sims and Eric Brock his closest friend. He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Ethel Mae Davis Mckeel and his brother, Roger McKeel.
