Robert Jackson Bass, 83, of Wilson passed away Friday. A graveside service will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Tuesday in Maplewood Cemetery.   The Rev. Tony Moore will officiate. The family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Monday at Joyner’s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway. Robert is survived by his son, Sammy Bass of Wilson; his granddaughters, Trisha Bass of Wilson and Stephanie Snyder of Virginia; his great-grandsons, Brenden Zitz of Myrtle Beach, Jackson Bass of Wilson and Jackson Snyder of Virginia and his brother, Fred Bass of Pennsylvania. His was preceded in death by his wife, Nadine Franks Bass; his son, Robert Bass and his parents, Willie Carl Bass and Rosa Mae Bardin Bass. Condolences may be directed to www.joyners.net.
