Robert Harwood Boyette October 23, 1932 – May 12, 2016 Robert “Bob” Harwood Boyette, 83, of Wilson passed away Thursday. Memorial services will be conducted at 3 p.m. Saturday at First Presbyterian Church with a reception following. Rev. Dr. Tom Watkins and Rev. Claire Concord will officiate. Bob is survived by his wife, Jane Mitchell Boyette of the home; his sons, Wade Simms Boyette, III and wife, Patricia of Rocky Mount, and Robert Mitchell Boyette and friend, Kimberly Carter of Wilson; grandson, Wade Simms Boyette IV of Rocky Mount; granddaughter, Amber Nicole Berberich of Florence, South Carolina; close neice, Janet Howell and husband, Micheal of Wilson; brother-in-law, Rainey B. Wilkerson of Wilson In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to First Presbyterian Church, 414 Sunset He was preceded in death by his parents, Wade Simms and Gillie Boykin Boyette, his sisters, Mary Frances Boyette Riley, Blanche Gladys Boyette Wilkinson and Mavis Road, Wilson, North Carolina 27893 Irene Boyette Barnes, and his brother Wade Simms Boyette, Jr. Condolences may be directed to www.joyners.net.
