Robert Edward “Bob” Petway, 86, of Wilson passed away Friday.  His graveside service will be conducted 11 a.m. Tuesday in Maplewood Cemetery, Wilson.  The Rev. Donnie Price will officiate.   The family will receive friends Tuesday following the service at Maplewood Cemetery, 400 College Street, Wilson.   Robert is survived by his wife of forty-two years, Winnie Hoggard Petway of the home; his son, Larry Petway and wife, Connie of Wilmington; his four grandchildren; his three great-grandchildren and his step-son, Barney Greene and wife, Donna of Rocky Mount.   He was preceded in death by his son, Kenneth Edward Petway, his parents, Dock and Bertha Sullivan Petway, and his brothers, Earl, Nathan, Ernest, Carl and Haywood Petway.   Flowers are welcome or memorials may be directed to the Our Redeemer Lutheran Church, 612 Vance Street NW, Wilson, NC  27896.   Condolences may be directed to www.joyners.net.
