Rochelle McCray Adams November 13, 1942 – December 4, 2019 Rochelle Adams, 77, of Rocky Mount passed away Wednesday. The family will receive friends 4:00 – 6:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 11, 2019 at Joyner’s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway, Wilson. Rochelle is survived by her daughters, Paulette “Paulie” Adams of Wilson, Jeanne Adams-Heard and husband, Fred of Brooklyn, New York; sons, John Adams and wife, Nicole of Rocky Mount, Mario Adams and wife Denise of Wilson and Antonio McCray of Maryland; step-son, James Austin Bates of Charlotte; thirteen grandchildren; six great-grandchildren and a host of loving brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews. Flowers are welcome or donations may be made in Rochelle’s memory to the American Cancer Society, 930 Wellness Drive, Greenville, North Carolina 27834.
