Roger Bernard Tant

Roger Bernard Tant, 76 of Rocky Mount passed away Sunday.  Funeral services will be held at 12 p.m. Thursday, May 19, 2022 at Joyner’s Funeral Home, Wilson.  Inurnment will follow in Bailey Town Cemetery, Bailey.  Rev. David Wilson will officiate.

The family will receive friends Thursday, May 19, 2022 morning from 11 – 11:45 a.m. at Joyner’s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway, Wilson.

Roger is survived by his daughter, Pam Dawes and husband, David; son, Bernie Tant; granddaughter, Brittany Dawes; great-grandchildren, Brylee Peele, Connor Pittman, Landon Pittman, and Kailyn Dawes; sisters, Denise Brantley and husband, Phil, and Lisa Whitley and husband, Gary, and his brother, Gordon Driver.

He was preceded in death by his grandson, Trey Dawes; parents, Bernard Tant, and Pearl Driver, and his brothers, Jasper Tant, and Steve Driver.
