Roscoe Julian Williams August 12, 1938 – May 25, 2015 Roscoe Julian “RJ” Williams, 76 of Wilson passed away Monday. His funeral service will be conducted 11 a.m. Thursday at Joyner’s Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Evergreen Memorial Park, Wilson. The Rev. Jason Schweinberg will officiate. The family will receive friends Thursday morning 10 – 10:45 a.m. at Joyner’s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway, Wilson and other times at the home of his daughter, Deborah. RJ is survived by his wife of fifty-four years, Patricia Kennedy Williams of the home; his daughters, Deborah Cary and husband, Stanley of Wilson and Pamala Webb of Wilson; his grandchildren, Jamie Cary, Tyler Cary and Spencer Webb all of Wilson; his brother, Lewis Williams and wife, Esther of Bailey; his sister-in-law, Jean Williams of Wilson; his nieces, Beth Liles and Stephanie Hagwood, and his nephew, Brandy Williams. He was preceded in death by his son, Roscoe Julian Williams Jr.; his parents, Loomis and Eva Winborne Williams and his brother, Billy Williams.
