Royce Wayne Baines, 66, of Bailey passed away Monday.-A graveside service will be conducted 2 p.m.-Sunday in Rocky Mount Memorial Park, 4454 Dortches Blvd, Hwy 43 N, Rocky Mount.-The Rev. Kenneth D. Benton will officiate.

The family will receive friends 4 - 6 p.m. Saturday at Joyner-s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway, Wilson.

Royce was survived by his son, David Wayne Baines, stationed in Japan; his grandson, Mason Baines of Elm City; his granddaughter, Anna Grace Baines of Elm City; his sisters, Faye B. Batchelor and husband, Leon of Wilson, Joy Murphrey Castleton and husband, Bill of Greenville, Pam B. Gardner of Rocky Mount and Hope B. King of Durham, and his brother, Dwight Baines and wife, Donna of Farmville.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Roy and Dumie Baines and his brothers, Kenneth, Larry and Willie Baines.
