Ruby Jean Lamm Temple

Ruby “Jean” Lamm Temple, 74, of Wilson passed away Tuesday. Her graveside service will be conducted 10 a.m. Friday in Black Creek Town Cemetery, Black Creek. The Rev. Tim Hopkins will officiate.
Jean was a faithful member of the Peace Church Ladies Bible Study.
Jean is survived by her daughter, Sherry Pierce and adopted daughter, Lynn Brown both of Savannah, Georgia; her mother, Cassie Lamm of Wilson; her sister, Dorothy Pearl Jones and husband, Jonsie of Oxford; her niece, Diane Aycock and husband, Dale; her nephew, Kenneth Jones; her great-nieces, Maggie Katelyn Jones and Kristen Aycock Nunns, and her great-nephew, Kenneth Reives Jones.
She was preceded in death by her father, Waylon B. Lamm.
Flowers are welcome or memorials may be made in “Jean’s” honor to Community Home Care and Hospice, 2841 Daisy Lane, Wilson, NC 27896.
