Sandra McKeel Brown Edwards October 5, 1946 – November 8, 2019 Sandra McKeel Brown Edwards, 73 of Wilson passed away Friday. Her funeral service will be conducted at 5 p.m. Sunday at Joyner’s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway, Wilson. A graveside service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Monday in Moore ‘s Chapel Pentecostal Church Cemetery, 12424 NC 42, Kenly. Pastor David West will officiate. The family will receive friends Sunday evening following the service at Joyner’s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway, Wilson and other times at the home of her daughter, Beverly Proctor. Sandra is survived by her loving husband, Don Herbie Edwards of the home; daughters, Linn Narron of Bailey and Beverly Proctor and husband, Carl of Stantonsburg; son, Norman Brown and wife, Debra of Wilson; grandchildren, Courtany Dail and husband, Taylor, Meagan Williford and husband, Jordan, Blake Proctor, Amber Narron and Alexa Sasser; great-grandchildren, Braelin Narron, Hunter Mattox, Jordan Newnam, Bennett Williford, Chloe Dail, C.J. Brown and Sophia Ellis and her sisters, Nell Thorpe of Wilson, Frances McKeel of Wilson, Kay Manning of Bailey and Debra Whitley of Sims. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Junior Brown; grandchild, Christopher Brown and her parents, Bill McKeel and Gertude Tedder Deans.
