Shirley Toler Tillman May 18, 1937 – May 30, 2018 Shirley Toler Tillman, 81, of Raleigh passed away Thursday. A graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. in Greenleaf Memorial Park, 900 River Road, New Bern. Shirley is survived by her granddaughter, Catherine Carter Bandy of Raleigh, and son-in-law, Edward Putnam of Nashville.
