Starlon Randolph Deans, Jr. May 26, 1966 – March 23, 2021 Starlon “Randy” Randolph Deans, Jr., 54 of Bailey passed away Tuesday. The family will receive friends at 4250 Winbourne Road, Nashville, North Carolina. Randy is survived by his sons, Stacy Lee Deans and Mark Tyler Deans; grandson, Brycen Lee Deans; mother, Brenda Joyner Deans; sisters, Susan Deans Joyner and husband, George, and Amy Deans Noland, and his loyal canine companion, Memphis. He was preceded in death by his son, Tracy DeWayne Deans; his father, Starlon Randolph Deans, Sr. and his grandparents, Elton and Ruby Deans and Randolph and Hildred Joyner.
