Stephen Randall Keen July 14, 1962 – January 28, 2016 Stephen “Steve” Randall Keen, 53, of Rocky Mount passed away Thursday. His funeral service will be conducted at 7 p.m. Sunday at West Wilson Church of God, 3322 NC 42 W, Wilson. A graveside service will be held 11 a.m. Monday in Evergreen Memorial Park, Wilson. The Rev. Steve Edmondson will officiate. The family will receive friends Sunday evening immediately following the service at West Wilson Church of God and other times at the home. Stephen is survived by his father, Stephen Levin Keen. He was preceded in death by his mother, Iva Lee Smith Keen.
