Sue Bissette Flowers, 72, of Macclesfield passed away Wednesday.  Funeral services will be conducted 7 p.m. Friday at Joyner’s Funeral Home.  A graveside service will be held 11 a.m. Saturday in Nobles Chapel Church Cemetery.  The Rev. David Kimbrell will officiate. The family will receive friends Friday following the service at Joyner’s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway and other times at the home. Sue is survived by her daughters, Lynda Flowers Tomlinson and husband, Mark and Gwen Flowers Bissette all of Wilson; her sons, David “Dick” Dortch Flowers, Jr. and wife, Tonya of Wilson and Ricky Burnette Flowers and wife, Ginger of Memphis, TN; her three grandchildren, David Dortch Flowers III and wife, Summer, Sommer Rae Tomlinson and Alisha Dawn Tomlinson; her great-grandson, David “Cade” Dortch Flowers IV;  her step-grandchildren, Phillip and Jason Joyner; her sister, Ann B. Glover of Clinton and her brother, Raymond C. Bissette of Columbia, SC. She was preceded in death by her husband, David Dortch Flowers, Sr. and her grandson, Phillip Jonathan Flowers.
