Teresa Zucchi November 10, 1926 – January 4, 2019 Teresa Zucchi, 92, of Wilson passed away Friday. The family will receive friends from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday evening January 8, 2019 at Joyner’s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway, Wilson, NC. A graveside service will be held Wednesday, January 9, 2019 at 1:00PM in Evergreen Memorial Park with celebrant Paul Brant officiating. Teresa is survived by her daughter, Cinzia Baker and husband, James of Elm City; son, Giovanni Luigi Zucchi of Wilson; granddaughters, Michelle Alligood and husband, Hardy of Greenville and Sandy Baker of Wilson; grandsons, Gian-Luigi Zucchi and wife, Julie of Richlands and Marco Zucchi and wife, Nicole of Wilson; eight great-grandchildren, Cameron, Kaemon, Nicholas, Gavan, Ayden, Anna Paige, Mason and Preston. She was preceded in death by her husband, Dino Zucchi; parents Luigi and Giuseppina Verzicco; sisters, Anna, Edda, Maria, Iole and Nella; brothers, Peppino and Franco.
