Terry Leggette Davis August 13, 1947 – September 7, 2018 Terry Leggette Davis, 71, of Lucama passed away Friday. Her funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Farmington Heights Church of God, 910 Raleigh Road Parkway, Wilson. Interment will follow in Evergreen Memorial Park, Wilson. The family will receive friends Monday evening from 6 – 8 p.m. at Joyner’s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway, Wilson and other times at the home. Terry earned her Master’s Degree and was retired from Wilson County Schools where she was a guidance counselor at Lucama Elementary School. She was a loving wife, mother, mother-in-law, grandmother and friend to all who knew her. Terry was dearly loved and will be greatly missed and thought of often with memories that will warm the heart. Terry is survived by her loving husband of forty-eight years, Junior Davis of the home; sons, Derek Davis of Lucama and Ty Davis and wife Crystal of Lucama; grandchildren, Caleb, Luke and Aydin Davis and her brother, Phillip Leggett and wife, Angie of Lucama. She was preceded in death by her daughter-in-law, Marlin Davis.
