Terry Jo Goff Wiggs

Terry Jo Goff Wiggs, 62 of Wilson passed away peacefully in her home Sunday, January 26, 2025. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, January 29, 2025, at Joyner’s Funeral Home, Wilson. A private interment will be held. Her dear cousin, Rev. Todd Narron will officiate.

 The family will receive friends Wednesday afternoon prior to the service from 12:30 – 1:45 p.m. at Joyner’s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway, Wilson, and other times at the home of her daughter, Chelsey Marie Williams.

 Terry was an avid animal lover and her cats Myrtle, Otis, Zeus and Peanut brought her joy. She also loved her mountain cabin and being in the mountains of North Carolina. She was graduate of Atlantic Christian College. Work was a passion of hers as an owner and operator of KMG Construction, Inc and Goff Rentals, LLC in the residential construction and property management fields. Terry had great love for her family, and she was an amazing wife, mother, step-mother, sister and friend to all she knew, and they meant everything to her. Terry was dearly loved and will be greatly missed and thought of often with loving memories that will bring a smile. 

 Terry is survived by her husband of twenty-eight years, William “Bill” Wiggs, Jr. of the home; daughter, Chelsey Marie Williams of Wilson; son, Marion Joshua Allen Williams of Wilson; step-daughters, Lora Wiggs Prevatte and husband, Darren of Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina, and Mallory Ann Wiggs of Wilmington; step-grandchildren, Brayden and Maddox Prevatte of Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina; sister, Kelly Goff Norville and husband, Dale of Wilson; brother, Marion Langley Goff of Wilson; brother-in-law, Todd Wiggs and wife, Kellie of Hampstead; nieces, Megan Goff Smith and husband, Jake of Bailey, Sydney Norville Sullivan and husband, Colby of Wilmington, Peyton Lindsey Norville of Wilmington, and Alleigh Grace Wiggs of Chapel Hill; nephew, Seth Walker Wiggs of Hampstead, and her great niece, Harper Langley Smith of Bailey.

 She was preceded in death by her parents, Kinchen Marion Goff and Nola Marie Narron Goff.
