Texie Skinner Glover

Texie Skinner Glover April 19, 1935 – March 9, 2018 Texie Skinner Glover, 82, of Bailey passed away Friday. Her funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Joyner’s Funeral Home, Wilson. Interment will follow in Evergreen Memorial Park, Wilson. The Rev. Hal Jones will officiate. The family will receive friends Tuesday afternoon from 1 – 1:45 p.m. prior to the service at Joyner’s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway, Wilson and other times at the home. Texie is survived by her daughter, Joy Glover Weaver and husband, Eugene of Rocky Mount; son, Randy G. Glover of Bailey; her grandsons, Charlie Glover and wife, Kellie, Tyler Glover and wife, Heather, Chris Register, and Brian Register and wife, Lori; eight great-grandchildren and her sisters, Carolyn Lucas of Sims, and Geraline Wiggs of Middlesex.
