Thelma White Sherrod

Thelma White Sherrod August 6, 1928 — June 18, 2020 Thelma Grace White Sherrod, 91 of Sims passed away peacefully at home Thursday. A private graveside service will be held for Thelma. Pastor Ronnie Aycock will officiate. A Celebration of Life reception will be announced for a later date. Thelma is survived by her five sons; Larry Lee (Kaye), Donald Caroll (Wanda), Ronald Harold (Jackie), Dennis Ray (Robin) and Benjamin White (Kathy); thirteen grandchildren; twenty-nine great grand-children, and numerous nephews and nieces. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Sherrod; her parents, L. Eddie White and Geneva Mercer White and her siblings, Kermit White, Garvis White, Mildred Garton, Ruby Finch, Selby White, Audrey Allen and Roney White.
