Tony Earl Hawley

Tony Earl Hawley March 25, 1944 – January 16, 2017   Tony Earl Hawley, 72, of Kenly passed away Monday. His funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday at Joyner’s Funeral Home, Wilson.  Interment will follow in Springhill Presbyterian Church Cemetery, Springfield School Road, Lucama.  The Rev. Sefton Strickland will officiate.   The family will receive friends Thursday morning from 9:30 a.m. – 10:45 a.m. at Joyner’s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway, Wilson.   Tony is survived by his daughter, Patricia Hawley of New Orleans; his sister, Jo Ann Hawley Poole of Goldsboro, and his faithful Beagle companion, Roscoe.   He was preceded in death by his siblings, Sherrill Hawley, Brenda Cannon, Ricky Hawley, and Dale Hawley.   Flowers are welcome or memorials may be sent to www.semperfifund.org.   Condolences may be directed to Joyner’s Funeral Home at www.joyners.net.
