Tracy Dewayne Deans, 26, of Bailey passed away Saturday.  Funeral services will be conducted 7 p.m. Thursday at Joyner’s Funeral Home.  A graveside service will be held 11 a.m. Friday in Bailey Town Cemetery.  The Rev. Blake Stallings will officiate. The family will receive friends Thursday immediately following the service at Joyner’s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway, Wilson and other times at 10827 Camp Charles Road, Bailey. Tracy is survived by his wife, Amanda Garcia Deans; his father, Randy Deans of Pikeville; his mother, Susan McLaughlin of Wilson; his twin brother, Stacey Deans and wife, Kendall of Middlesex; brother, Mark Deans of Pikeville; his sisters, Brittany Robinson of TN, Reva Joyner and Kayelon Joyner both of Bailey; his grandmother, Brenda Deans of Bailey; his grandfather, Johnny Horne, Sr. of Wilson; his nephew, Brycen Lee Deans of Middlesex; his aunt and uncle, Susan and George Joyner of Bailey and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Betty Horne and his grandfather, Starlon Randolph Deans, Sr. Flowers are welcomed or memorials may be directed to the Wounded Warrior Project, PO Box 758517, Topeka, Kansas  66675 or the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN  38105.
