Vada "Fran" Frances Brown

Fran of Bailey passed away Thursday, November 28, 2024. A gathering of family friends to celebrate the life of Fran will be held from 4 – 7 p.m. Thursday, December 5, 2024, at Joyner’s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway, Wilson.

 Fran is survived by her daughter, Cynthia Mullins of Virginia; sons, Chris Ongaro of Bailey, Tony Ongaro and wife, Janet of Spring Hill, Florida, and B.J. Ongaro and wife, Melissa of Wilson; grandchildren, Matthew Mullins, Mark Mullins, Tiffany Mullins all of Virginia, Brandon Ongaro and Ashley Ongaro of North Carolina, and Brian Ongaro, Angela Ongaro, Damen Ongaro and Chase Ongaro of Florida, and Chasity Ongaro and Bradley “Strech” Ongaro of Wilson; great-grandchildren, Angel Smith, Ryan Smith, and Madison Downin, and her brother, Randy Bibb.
