Vivian Taylor Privette July 22, 1930 – April 16, 2018 Vivian Taylor Privette, 87, of Wilson slipped quietly into the arms of our Heavenly Father on Monday, April 16, 2018. A graveside service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Thursday, April 19, 2018 in Maplewood Cemetery, Wilson. The Rev. Ray Wells will officiate. The family will receive friends Wednesday evening from 6 – 7:30 p.m. at Joyner’s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway, Wilson and other times at the home of her granddaughter, April Privette. Vivian is survived by her granddaughter, April Privette; great-grandson, Weston Privette, and daughter-in-law, Libby Privette all of Wilson. She was preceded in death by her husband, Groves Johnson Privette, Sr.; her son, Groves Johnson Privette, Jr., and parents, John Thomas and Ophelia McKeel Taylor.
