Wanda Lynn Lamm

Wanda Lamm, 60, of Wilson passed away Monday, April 21, 2025. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, April 25, 2025, with a visitation following at Joyner’s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway, Wilson. Pastor Derek Bossolono will officiate.

Wanda is survived by her mother, Mary Medlin Lamm; sister, Beverly Lamm; aunt, Nola Braswell and a host of cousins, aunts, uncles and extended family.

She was preceded in death by her father, Dwight Lamm; paternal grandparents, Rives and Annie Pearson Lamm; maternal grandparents, Nathaniel and Hattie Mae Medlin; aunts, Arlene Parker and Ruby Steward; her uncles, Marshall Lamm and Bernice Medlin, and her cousin, Theresa Lamm Swain.

The family would like to express thanks to Ann Durham, RN, Rhonda Karwick, Crystal Gowen and pastor, Derek Bossolono with Gentiva Hospice of Wilson for their support and work. The family would also like to thank Tarsha’s team with Wilson Assisted Living Memory Unit for their care, support and love, and to Symone Thomas for being with Wanda as she took her last breath peacefully.
