William Ralph Barnes, Jr. June 20, 1943 – July 15, 2017   William “Billy” Ralph Barnes, Jr., 74 of Bailey passed away Saturday. The family will receive friends from 7 – 9 p.m. Thursday at Joyner’s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway, Wilson.   Billy was the owner and operator of Barnes Wheel Alignment for over forty years. Billy is survived by his wife, Nancy Murdock Barnes of the home; his daughters, Debbie Whitley and husband, Chris and Wendy Brown and husband, Jess both of Bailey; granddaughters, Rebecca Whitley, and Kaylei Brown both of Bailey; his grandson, Vincent Brown of Bailey; his brother, Phil Barnes and wife, Theresa of Wilson, and several nieces and nephews.
