William Charles Fulghum March 14, 1940 – November 8, 2014
William “Bill” Charles Fulghum, 74, of Rock Ridge passed away Saturday. A funeral service will be conducted 7 p.m. Tuesday at Joyner’s Funeral Home. The Rev. Ray Wells will officiate. A graveside service will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday in Evergreen Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends Tuesday evening immediately following the service at Joyner’s Funeral Home, 4100 Raleigh Road Parkway, and other times at 1917 Glendale Drive, Wilson.
Bill was a retired Highway Patrolman with the North Carolina Highway Patrol.
Surviving are his brothers, Keith Fulghum and wife, Rose of Bailey and Willie Fulghum and wife, Dee of Wilson; and his sister, Carolyn Fulghum of Greenville.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Leland Dock and Ethel Christine Daniel Fulghum, and one brother, L.D. Fulghum.
