William “Billy” Raper August 20, 1941 – April 21, 2021 William “Billy” Raper, 79 of Kenly passed away Wednesday. Billy is survived by his wife, Judy Raper; daughters, Terri Raper, and Billie Michelle Raper; granddaughters, Haley Raper, and Logan Tharp; grandsons, Jordan Pierce, Will Barnes, Joshua Dalton, and Tanner Dalton; five great-grandchildren; sisters, Dorothy Raper Walston, and Alice Faye Raper, and his step-sons, Bret Tharp and wife, Lynette, and Brent Tharp and wife, Liz.
